This is one of the juiciest Light Rides I have ever recorded! It is for the woman who is ready to shift timelines and make a sweet quantum leap, plus I walk you through how simple it actually is. You know me, I am all about grounding the mystical into reality, so we do not stop at the vision, we get into the real action steps too. We go and meet the version of you who already has it, the life, the body, the love, I show you how to merge with her and bring her home and then we find out what she would actually do next. If you have been feeling the pull to glow up from the inside out, this is the one.
PS If you have the kind of mind that never quite stops, the one still running the lists while everyone else drifts off to sleep, Full Light is my weekly circle created for you. This is where I get to hold you the way you absolutely deserve to be held and guide you down past the noisy mind swirl into that soft, dreamlike place where the real shifts happen. You do not have to settle your own mind or do any of this alone. You let me do that part and you get to arrive and be led. Come be held with us. It’s an amazing group of women!
This episode comes almost at the midpoint of the Venus retrograde & it is all about moving from self-abandonment to self-acceptance. We look at how the body keeps the record of every time we leave ourselves, why proving we are good enough only deepens the belief that we are not and how one honest question, asked on repeat, builds the muscle of self-trust that lets us finally deepen into self acceptance. The episode closes with a guided meditation Light Ride™ to practice landing it in the body, inviting the body to memorize a new pattern of light, thought, radiation & feeling.
Woven in:
* Early fascia research, including Robert Schleip’s, on fascia as a living, sensory tissue and the inflammatory molecule TGF-beta-1 that researchers are beginning to connect to how stress stiffens the body.
* The Chinese medicine view of autumn as the season of the lungs and large intestine, where grief and letting go live.
* The phrase the “trance of unworthiness”, from Tara Brach’s book Radical Acceptance.
* My new favorite question “Is This Actually Okay With Me?” from Mooch 💖
Trust your light, because what lights you up, lights up the world.

I Saw It in a Meditation Before I Saw It on Zillow
I spent months fighting to build a kitchen that already existed somewhere else
My note about clean kitchen counters went a little wild on Substack this week and it sent me back to the story of how this kitchen actually came into my life. A meditation, a renovation team who kept telling me it couldn’t be done, a shaman who told me to stop everything, and the worst year of my life in between.
Recorded on a Friday evening.
In this one
The vision I had of this kitchen, down to the light and the corner I was standing in
Why the renovation team kept telling me it was impossible
The shaman who sat by my tree for three hours and told me to pause
What was actually happening in my house and in my body that year
The Zillow listing that pinged my heart
Turning the corner and finding her
The drive I took this week with no cell service, and where it took me
Try this
Next time you have two free hours, go for a drive and don’t use the GPS. Follow your internal one. See where you land.

Why "Just Choose Joy" Never Sticks
spilling the tea on why our good intentions don’t survive the day, and what works instead
My daughter asked me a question in the car this morning, before 8 a.m., that I was not ready for. Why do women stay in unhealthy relationships. I gave her the quick version as we pulled up to school and then the question followed me around all morning until I had to come record this.
I don’t think it’s really a question about relationships. I think it’s a question about patterns and why the familiar thing feels like home even when the familiar thing is hurting us.
Recorded in a hurry, half an hour before my Full Light circle.
If life has felt a little raw lately, a little tender, like some old story is quietly rising back up to the surface, you are not making it up.
We are deep in a Venus retrograde, the rare 40-day descent that only comes around every year and a half and right now we are about 10 days from the very bottom.
This deepest stretch is where the real gold is.
A hospice nurse, Bronnie Ware, who sat with hundreds of dying people found their number one regret was not living a life true to themselves. We get one wild, precious, spectacular life and today we stop leaving our aliveness on the table.
This ride is about going ALL IN on one area of your life, the one that’s already tugging at your heart. We look at wh…
On the fall equinox, a monarch butterfly showed up in my butterfly bushes and delivered a message I'd been avoiding. This one is hot off the press, recorded the same morning it all landed.
In this episode:
Why I pay special attention to the signs that arrive on the equinox, and how I read them as messengers for the back half of the year
An invitation to notice your own sign today, whether it comes as an animal, a song, a number, or something someone says to you
The monarch in my butterfly bushes, and what it means that not long ago she was a caterpillar
Manifestation as consciousness alchemizing energy into form, and the honest question I asked myself about why I called in a year of mold and health stuff
Gene Key 56, the storyteller's gate, and its shadow of distraction
The pattern I found threading through my love, my health, my friendships, and my work
Why manifestations need a structured container to hold them, and what happens when the container is leaky, like a colander
The mahjong story, and the two cancellations that arrived seconds after I finally saw the truth
Choosing to be complete with the house project instead of spending another three months on loose ends
What we do each week inside my Full Light women's circle, and why I have no doubt I created it for myself
Mentioned in this episode:
Biological Intelligence by Zach Bush, and Unwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill, both being read in my mystical book club
Full Light, my weekly women's circle
I'd love to hear from you: What sign showed up for you today, and where are you being asked to go all in? Drop it in the comments.
It has been exactly one year since my whole mold saga began, and this is the story start to closing in on the finish line. For months my labs looked fine and my symptoms sounded scattered, tired, foggy, achy, just a busy mom in her forties, and the easiest thing in the world would have been to accept that. The only reason we got to the root of my biotoxin illness was that I kept trusting myself and telling my doctor something was wrong, and he was willing to keep digging with me.
That led to a CIRS diagnosis, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, my second time around with this illness, and a hundred page mold inspection report that changed the next year of our lives. I walk through testing my body and my home, black mold hiding behind every bathroom wall, five months displaced during remediation, a rental that turned out even moldier than our own house, and the discovery that our home had been sealed shut with spray foam, unable to breathe.
This is a self trust story more than it is a mold story. Every turn came down to the same thing, believing myself when the bloodwork said fine, pushing when it would have been easier to accept the easy answer, testing the rental when I did not want to know. I share what mold illness and CIRS recovery actually looked like for my family, so if you are in the middle of your own version of this, you feel less alone and a little more equipped to trust yourself.
You know that feeling when something small throws you completely off? Someone’s mood, a comment, a little disrespect, and suddenly it’s living in your body for two days?
This ride is the antidote.

Today I am sharing one of my favorite yearly practices! We just went through this in my Full Light membership today and it was SO illuminating, so I decided to turn it into a Light Ride™ for you. Here’s the gist of it… our brain has this thing called the RAS, the reticular activating system, and it works like a search engine. Whatever we tell it to l…
