Trust is a frequency.

Which means it's not something we build.

It's something we tune into.

We can each access the frequency of trust.

And we can use it to connect back to ourselves. To make decisions. To hear another. And to lead our teams.

This doesn't mean we eliminate all rules, expectations, and boundaries. We can still use those to help us. But we do so differently. We do so from a frequency of trust.

And from this resonance, we connect to the fullness of who we are, and we use that to guide our interactions with the world.
