This one turned out to be more of a motivational - loving slap in the face- kind of speech, rather than a 3 step plan on how to.. but hey we don't like boring ´3 step plans..´anyway, as we know in 99% of the time they don't work, so why even bother right?

You see, 95% of your behavior is controlled by your subconscious mind, only 5 % can be controlled consciously. And that's why nothing changes IF YOU don´t CHANGE!

You have to BE(come) the person you wanna be, by shifting and changing your internal world first, for the universe to then  adapt your physical reality.

Its a game to be played INSIDE-OUT. Talking does get you only so far... but FEELING is key for true, long term and effective change/ results.
