Over the last few years TA has had the opportunity to establish, with partners, some innovative initiatives to promote African thought leadership and active citizenship to contribute to improved and accountable governance. The 2020 Ghana Land Act seeks to address long-standing land governance challenges by improving tenure security, improving efficiency and  accountability of public land administration and by streamlining  existing laws on land and land administration.
