Our special guest in this episode is Ann Budig, the Building Manager for Banfill Crossing, a market rate independent living 55 and older apartment building located in Fridley, MN. During this episode we discuss our MDH Regional Health Equity Grant in Anoka County, and how we are hosting listening sessions and identifying the "Trusted Messengers"  in our Aging Population to learn about the barriers to accessing primary care and connecting to health and community resources. During these listening sessions we learned some specific information that this group of seniors shared that we will help bring awareness to and provide assistance and connections to create this system change.
