This episode is a fun exploration in overcoming self doubt and trusting our intuition. There is a lot of anxiety in our culture around making decisions. Am I in the right career path? Is this person that I'm dating/ calling my partner truly right for me? 

Some of these questions may be more complex and may take some time to answer satisfactorily, although most of the time I believe these questions can be answered by leaning in to our intuition. 

Our intuition is our connection to God/ the divine/ infinite creative intelligence. God speaks to us through joy, through a sense of ease, comfort, and groundedness.
