Even though we can be resistant to the challenges in our life by putting excuses in our way, which are really just barriers that keep us in our comfort zones, it is important to recognise the importance of actually going through the process to come out of the other side, otherwise, we stay stuck! Challenges do not last forever, unless you stay still!
