Roger Mosby is the President and CEO of the Boy Scouts of America. Roger has had a long career in servant leadership. It all began as a sailor, serving in a squadron on the USS Ranger. He then went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is now Director of the Boeing Innovation Lab at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
