The Reformer Martin Luther said that justification is the doctrine on which the church stands or falls. What's so significant about it, and why should we believe it? To take us through this all important doctrine of the Bible, we have Dr. Thomas Schreiner of SBTS as our guest on this episode.
Please watch/listen to our podcast on Justification by Faith to understand how one can stand justified before God.
One of the topics that's difficult for many Christians to understand is the ministry of John the Baptist, the one who prepared the way of the Lord. We quote him, and often hear sermons preached on his message of repentance. But do we really understand his ministry? Maybe not, atleast not entirely.
To clarify the ministry of this significant figure of the New Testament, we have Dr. Darrell Bock of Dallas Theological Seminary as our guest on this episode. Please watch/listen to our podcast on Jesus and John the Baptist to understand the relationship between the two persons and their ministries.
Why is it important for elders to train the younger generation of men for leadership? How does Biblical Eldership Resources facilitate this training process in churches? To help us understand how churches can make use of these resources in training future leaders, we have Bro. Viji Roberts, Elder, New Life Bible Chapel, Mississauga, as our guest on this episode.
The impact of Paul's letter to the Romans on the church has been far-reaching. Several church fathers have written about how the book transformed their understanding of the gospel of grace. Given the profundity of its message and influence, it's only right that we take some time to review and recall the introductory issues of the epistle.

When we look at the theme of the Messiah in the Scriptures, it's like pieces in a huge puzzle that need to be put together. And that piecing together will unravel for us a beautiful tapestry of promises, expectations, and fulfillment. As you would expect, this topic has generated a lot of discussion among Bible scholars. To put the pieces of the puzzle together for us, we have Dr. Darrell Bock, one of the foremost NT scholars, as our guest on this episode.
About our guest: Dr. Darrell Bock is the Executive Director of Cultural Engagement and Senior Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. He has earned recognition as a Humboldt Scholar (Tübingen University in Germany), is the author of over 40 books, including well-regarded commentaries on Luke and Acts and studies of the historical Jesus, and work in cultural engagement as host of the seminary’s Table Podcasts. Dr. Bock has been a New York Times best-selling author in nonfiction and is elder emeritus at Trinity Fellowship Church in Dallas.
Eternal Spirit. Counselor. Advocate. Helper. These are all names for the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity. But really, who is the Holy Spirit? What is His role in the Godhead and in salvation? How does He differ from the Father and Son?
Dr. Stephen George, President of Evangelical Theological Seminary in Tamil Nadu, speaks on the history and work of ETS, the seminary's role in training future Bible teachers, and the unique challenges that they face.

On the Truth and Life podcast, we "discuss the relevance of Biblical truth to all of life." But what about those with no access to the Bible? Those who can't even read the Scriptures? Those are exactly the souls that the ministry of WCOI hopes to reach.
Without a doubt, Jesus of Nazareth is the most influential figure in history. A Person of such enormous significance will naturally be a subject of our curiosity and fascination. This interest has resulted in a long, rigorous search into the ancient sources that speak about him.
