We’ve all heard the saying that “perception is reality,” it can also be fantasy. Dr. G talks about an experience on a career panel and how the panelist’s perception was based on fantasy and possibly racial stereotypes.

He also speaks truth to facing his own perceptions and how that led him down a dangerous path of making assumptions about a celebrity guest without any real evidence.
