California, Alabama, New Hampshire, Florida, Maine, Wisconsin & more.  Most of the new voting laws that are trying to be implemented in these states, restrict voting rights for college students, military, minorities, elderly, ex-convicts(debt free), women & the poor. Many more states are believed to be following suit prior to 2012's presidential election.
