TRUTH

 

I am aligned with my truth.

I am honest with myself.

I am honest about what I want.

I am free from guilt and shame.

I let my yes be yes and my no be no.

My actions are a reflection of my words.

It is safe to be me.

My voice matters.

I stand tall on the shoulders of my ancestors.

I own my truth and I walk in it with grace.

And I say to you. Above all else, to thine own self be true.
