Truth, truth telling, speaking your truth. So many variations on a theme. Speaking your truth is the main thrust behind this episode as I get to the nub of what this means and how we can try to work towards this. I don't think many people think about this in the way it is meant, and we get lost in people pleasing, little white lies which are purely what our society has been built upon until recent years, the contrived politeness.
