On this episode I sit down with Yavar Abgin, medical student and open minded thinker. We discussed about why the truth hurts and what are some aspects that the truth plays out in our lives. We also discuss how important it is to associate with people that are willing to tell you the truth and give you constructive criticism and the results it can bring into our lives. It is very important for us to be aware on the things and people that influence our lives. We need to be aware on what we allow to come into our minds for that will shape how we behave.
