Truth is, when you look at most of the main motivational messages... the core of motivation circles around the bible and God's word. I realized as I read my daily journal that all of these lessons from scripture started to sound very similar to the core concepts of every motivational message, and every speech I have ever heard.  It dawned on me when I read a passage regarding focusing on the positive and beautiful things in life instead of the negative.  It reminded me of "Where the mind goes, energy flows."
