Truth is... men need "guy" time.
I'm standing by this fact, that for mental health, men need time to be with a group of buddies where there is no filter, there is no p*ssy footing around topics and jokes and to be "men." I believe women probably need the same! In this case after a guys trip last week I remembered how important it was to have these moments.
