Donald Trump had promised that he was going to live-react to President Biden's State of the Union address on Truth Social, but he didn't count on his Twitter knockoff going offline for thousands of users during the speech. Outages that lasted over an hour - and well into the speech - were reported for thousands of users, and Trump's feed was inaccessible to most during his tirade.

Also,  Marjorie Taylor Greene made a complete fool of herself during the State of the Union by violating House Floor rules and wearing a MAGA hat to the event. Campaign apparel and signs are expressly forbidden on the floor, but Greene didn't seem to care about that as she took the opportunity to make a political statement that we all already knew. Farron explains why Greene engages in these performative stunts, even if it ends up costing her. 

And Donald Trump's final request for a stay in the judgement against him from the E. Jean Carroll defamation trials has officially been denied, and that means that Trumphad to pay the full $91 million that he owes Carroll, or risk her lawyers asking the court to seize his assets. Trump is out of time and out of money, and he has an even bigger payout looming just a couple weeks away.
