Sierra earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Communication and Public Relations. She minored in political science and interdisciplinary studies. She has experience in advising, marketing, residential counseling, legislative advocacy and policy work, and most recently career and professional development. She currently works for the University of Utah as a Career Coach and is pursuing a master’s degree in Higher Education, Leadership and Policy.
