Step 1: ask yourself these 3 prompts, and write the answers in your journal.

  • Write what you felt about the situation, your thoughts, and reactions

  • Ask yourself “why” it happened a few times and write in a journal about it 

  • Write a takeaway and learn from your reflection and how you will act differently 


  • Step 2: Challenge to repeat this process with different events at least 5 days in a row for 5-10  minutes a day to make it a habit.
