If you've always been meaning to take my class, now it's easier than ever! My favourite yoga to teach, and the practice that saves me every day is YIN yoga. In yin yoga we use less postures for more time and target the connective tissue like joints and fascia, rather than the muscles. It has been a key for me in not only reducing my pain levels, but also alleviating stress and clearing emotional blocks. To me, it's a meditation in motion and a practice of the art of relaxation mindbodyheartsoul.
