With both of us currently looking for a home, there have been multiple hurdles - from the extremely high prices to going through bidding wars, buying a house isn't as easy as it used to be. The biggest problem currently in the GTA is affordability, which is leading people to consider moving out of the province. We will share our current experience with house hunting and some challenges we are facing. We will also share our views on when it comes to renting vs buying, and whether we think it's better to move out of the province in order to own a home.
