I was inspired to record this podcast after interacting with a young body builder at the gym. I realized the pressures of society and how difficult it is to make decisions in life. Not only are their people who will mislead you but we will try to impress people who do not care about us. I hope you can get some value out of this podcast,  being young is scary and we can feel trapped by the pressure of the world.

I hope we all can stay in our lane and make decisions that inspire us. At a young age this is your time to make things happen for yourself. Don't be afraid to try new things.
