I feel this heavy ass energy today and I’m uncertain what’s causing it. But then again, I suppose I do know what may be causing it. I just feel kind of low.  Staying to myself until these feels pass.  You can’t always feel positive, and that’s OK.  But you gotta love yourself through it.
