Tsamara Fahrana loves to learn and share. She is a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide, and a Mindfulness Practitioner. She received her 200-hour YTT training from Elements of Power Yoga in The Yoga Barn, Ubud Bali, and a Meditation Guide certification from Natural Healer Australia in 2019. Tsamara aims to raise the awareness of mental health by sharing meditations, the benefits of wellness practices and the scientific research to support it, through her podcast ‘Meditate with Tsamara’ on Spotify and Youtube, articles on Medium, and a book that she is currently writing which is titled ‘Step Back: A Mindfulness Journey to Wellness.’ She recently graduated with an MSc degree from the University of Amsterdam in Neuroeconomics, an interdisciplinary study that combines Neuroscience, Psychology, and Economics. She received her BSc with a double-degree from Erasmus School of Economics in The Netherlands and Gadjah Mada University, in International Business Economics specializing in Marketing Management. Her professional career started as a Business Analyst at Boston Consulting Group in 2018, and then a Manager for Ruangguru Foundation in 2019. In both companies, she was passionate to solve problems and scale Social Impact.
