• Coaches lean on open-ended questions to help their clients meet their own truth

• When we feel seen, heard, and understood, our brain stops self-protecting and perfecting answers.
• We can access the situation and come up with the self-governance and solutions that ring true to us.
• That is the moment when true transformation can take place.
