Phil Butler is one of my best friends in the entire world.  He is the Co-Founder of Radiate, a mobile app that connects people going to the same events as one another.  I don't know anyone whose company and mission is a more natural, aligned extension of his/her core values as a human being than Phil.  He quite literally radiates (see what I did there? ; )) positivity and has an amazing ability to bring different groups of people and make them all feel like they belong - which is exactly what Radiate does.
