Sasha Marie Allan is an MD and Holistic Healer from South Africa and Portugal.  I met her early in 2022 at a Five Rhythms Class in Tulum, Mexico, and we immediately hit it off.  I deeply admire her commitment to her spiritual practice, and her clarity of direction as a Healer and Coach.  She walks her talk and is a powerful feminine being who is bringing a lot of healing into the world through her work.  She is the founder of Ubuntu Essence, an organization that conducts retreats based on ancient shamanic wisdom and somatic healing rituals all over the world.  

Sasha is a powerful combination of rationality and intuition, with extensive experience in both the traditional western paradigm of medicine (she is a fully trained M.D.) and the wide-ranging world of holistic healing.  This dual experience allows her to approach her work and practice from a truly integrated perspective.
