Jarel Hill is a music producer, artist and 1/2 of the pop electronic funk outfit Tropic.  I met him a few years ago in the Hyperbits (friend of the show : )) music production online masterclass, while we were both pursuing our dreams of building an artist career.  In this podcast Jarel and I catch up about his various ventures, how his perspective around "being an artist" has changed, artistic discipline, alternative income sources as a musical creator, the unseen downsides of touring, Jarel's "Eating With New York" project, and designing a life that suits you and your temperament.
