Spencer Zabiela (aka Artwerk) is the founder and owner of Key+Needle Studios, a record label owner, nonprofit founder, director, producer and DJ under the moniker Artwerk, and much more.  He is one of my oldest friends in NYC and a true visionary in a ton of different creative fields.  He does it all, and he does it all pretty damn well.  But what I love and respect most about Spencer is his consistent dedication to projects, ideas, and causes that are bigger than just himself.  He is a natural born leader who really puts the success and happiness of those around him on an equal pedestal to that of his own - a real breath of fresh air in the music and entertainment industry.  In this conversation we discuss his various ventures, what drives him, and how both of our perspectives on life, art and success have changed over the years.
