How did I become an entrepreneur when I was brought up in a traditional Asian household where it was engrained in me at a very young age to get good grades, go to a good university and start climbing the corporate ladder?

It's a story of a girl who went from getting straight C+'s in elementary school to getting a full ride scholarship to a top interior design university only to graduate with a job (that she hated) that was bringing in only $36,000. It's a story that shows my journey in finding fulfillment in my life to breakthrough societal norms. It's a story of how I decided to take control of my life despite the obstacles and to rise above to write my own damn story. This is my story.
