- Ed recommended an app called Flipboard (available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices). Create your own magazine. Read the Live in the Present magazine, curated by Ed, by searching for us when you have installed it.
- Sean talked about a book called Mindfulness by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. Well worth a read.
