New episode today with Michael Le, one of the owners of the popular poke restaurant, goPoke in Seattle, Washington. goPoke started in December of 2016, and business has been booming since then they opened. In this podcast, Michael and I talk about goPoke's upbringing and their unique style to introduce traditional poke to the mainland audience. They even close at 8:08pm to represent Hawaii's area code. To be completely honest, goPoke has some of the BEST poke I've had in a long time! As I'm typing this, I had a few poke places in Hawaii that I've tried since my trip.
