We all have stories about who we are. 

Further more, we all make up stories about who we are. 

Either we buy into a version of ourselves that is mirrored by others around us, or we find ourselves comfortable in some stories we create about ourselves... until we want to change that story.

So what I want to bring in this episode is that we can DECIDE who we are, what we are not, and what our story is. It is not because I HAVE BEEN THAT I WILL ALWAYS BE.

It is not because I AM NOT THAT I CAN’T BE. 

And it is not because I HAVE THAT I AM.
