Learning Pods & Micro-Schools: Why Don't We Have Them?
Over the course of the past eight to nine months there has been a lot of talk about learning pods and micro schools. These are in many cases important supplementary resources as add-ons to what schools do for our children, and in other cases powerful options for children needing alternatives to traditional school environments. Strangely enough I have not been able to find a real presence of learning pods and micro schools in Black and Brown communities. Why is this the case?
