AU volleyball Coach Sharon Quarles and setter Janvier Buggs join host Carlos Rodriguez on this edition of The Sports Squad. The Jaguars, who are 23-4, will host Lander, 26-3, in a key Peach Belt Conference match on Thursday, Nov. 9. The Bearcats have a one-game lead on Augusta with two to play. The two teams will play again Friday, Nov. 10, in Greenwood, S.C. Quarles has nine 20-win seasons at AU, and Buggs, a transfer from Austin Peay, leads the current team in assists with 723 on the season. The Sports Squad, taped at the TVC Lab on the Summerville Campus of Augusta University, is a production of Bell Ringer-Phoenix Media.
