Lisa Williams-Lyons came back to Jackson to make a difference in a community that meant so much to her when she was a child. We open our conversation discussing her connection to Jackson and her experiences spending her summers here with both sets of grandparents. This allowed Lisa to simultaneously experiences two separate socioeconomic cultures in one city. She's carried those memories with her for hears, and they've helped shape how she wants to see Jackson evolve.
