Al and Griff catch up each week, and update each other on their going-ons. After his grand 2200 mile AT journey in 2022, Al has started the Pacific Crest Trail. Griff on the other hand is back on his engineering career path trying to make sense of the world. Both with their horrendous accents laugh it up as they try to keep good mental health on their respective journeys.
