Folhas de couve lombarda (podem utilizar qualquer couve que preferirem e também podem fazê-lo com toucinho);

300g de cebola;

300ml de natas (leite-creme aí no Brasil);

1 cubo de caldo (eu dissolvi o caldo previamente num pouco de água quente e podem utilizar o sabor que preferirem);
