Whenever we approach a new situation, we usually begin with a lack of
confidence. Whether we decide that this means we are insecure, that we are
tense and nervous, or that we feel like we are going to fail, it is clear
that confidence is necessary in order to thrive in any aspect of our life.
But what can actually be done to improve confidence? What can be used to
increase our chances of succeeding because of our confident mindset? In
this video, I lay out 4 things that are crucial to help improve confidence,
as well as two exercises that should be done on a daily basis to
dramatically improve confidence in any area of life.
