CP Rail ran a special mixed train of the 2816 Heritage Train and the Royal Canadian Pacific from Calgary to Banff and through the Spiral Tunnels to Field B.C. We chased it down and got some footage of this classic engine talking on the mountains.

The biggest news this week is China's official startup of the new Bejing to Shanghai 300km/hr Bullet Train. After more than 2 million test miles run in the past 2 months, the line opened for business today, on June 30.
