What is a 30 Day Challenge? A 30 Day challenge is a way to introduce healthy habits into your daily routine. You choose a healthy habit you'd like to incorporate into your routine and try to stick to it for 30 days straight.
According to Charles Duhigg in his Book The Power of Habit, he talks about this thing called the habit. The habit loop is a cue, a routine, and a reward. For example, you've just posted a photo on instagram or a video on TikTok, five minutes later you get a notification, you then pull out the phone to check the notification, and there is a sense of gratification from completing that routine. The Reward: Hit of dopamine from checking the notification, or instant gratification
