tubafresh is the dynamic new solo project from Chanell Crichlow, a Brooklyn-based producer, songwriter, and horn player who has spent the past few years leading the PitchBlak Brass Band. This new venture allows Crichlow to further explore deeply personal topics, while also imploring listeners to dance. tubafresh, in full band form, visited us recently at Serious Business Music in Brooklyn to preview songs from their upcoming cassette.
