Brian was never supposed to succeed in life according to the people around him. He never did well in school and dropped out of college to work for his dad’s friend’s window company where he started at the bottom.

What Brian did have, is an understanding of people, and a never give up attitude. After saving up $5,000, he founded 1-800 Hansons and grew it to a an80 million dollar company with the principle that the customer comes first.
