In Acts 11 Peter recounts the story of Cornelius to the Christians in Jerusalem. Some are opposed to Peter's actions because they believe Cornelius and the gentiles were in need of becoming Jews also. How would the early church work out gentiles coming to faith in Jesus? Would they have to take on the "works of the Law" as part of their new faith in Jesus?
