Chad Wright is no longer the Tribal Administrator at the Petersburg Indian Association. He turned in a letter of resignation last Wednesday; Petersburg's Borough Assembly will look at signing letters of support for fisheries across the state, in the face of years of hardship; seafood processor Peter Pan announced late last week that it will not operate its King Cove facility through the spring, bypassing the 2024 fishing season.
