There’s been a deceptive idea going around Christian circles for some time, teaching that the Law of the Old Testament is irrelevant to the modern Church because of Christ’s work on the cross. Many might label themselves as “New Testament believers”, implying that they don’t need the Old Testament at all. As Pastor Dan will remind us in today’s message, the Law God gave in the Old Testament was fulfilled in Jesus, not abolished. It still offers us a reminder of our need for a Savior.
