As Pastor Dan continues our study of the book of Leviticus, we’ll encounter a law that seems especially harsh in our day and age. Anyone who cursed their father or mother was to be put to death. For many of us, we may think back to when we were young and realize we wouldn’t have lived long if this law were still applicable. This law was effective in that it was rarely executed. The men of the community were involved and promoted respect between children and their parents.
