Charles Conlen, nuclear expert, wants Iowa to re-consider nuclear power. Then, an Iowa traffic law is being mis-interpreted...so says it's author....the "slow down and change lanes" around traffic stops or accidents....sometimes the mis-understanding causes accidents.
