Part 1 - Dr. Frank Mills, Census Manager and Director of the Easter Caribbean Center at UVI, returns to Analyze This as the USVI Census 2020 comes to a close. Dr. Mills provides an update on the workings of the Census since his last appearance in August, reminding the public of the importance of their participation, as this data will define the territory for the next 10 years.
