This week I'm doing something different and putting out an episode the Very Ape Podcast hosted by my friends Sean and Cass. I recorded this a few weeks after I got out of treatment for suicidal depression in early 2020. This was the first time I spoke publicly about my struggles, and was a real revelation to compare and contrast how I was feeling then to how Im feeling today.
